Disproportionate burden:
For economic and organizational reasons, it is currently not possible to make older PDF and Office documents fully accessible.

Content not covered by the applicable legal provisions:
Some older documents and content published before June 28, 2025, are not accessible.
Since these were created prior to the Accessibility Act’s effective date, they are exempt from the accessibility requirements, and no comprehensive changes are currently planned.

Third-party content:
Our website contains documents and content provided by third parties that are neither developed, financed, nor controlled by us.
We cannot guarantee that such third-party content complies with accessibility requirements and therefore it is also exempt from the Accessibility Act.
