Cancellation conditions
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, we guarantee no cancellation charge under any of the following circumstances:
- The border to Austria is closed and entry is no longer possible.
- Our hotel is closed by the authorities or the place is closed by the authorities.
We recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance with cancellation cover also in the event of COVID-19 illness. For details click here. You will find the link to calculate the premium below.
In all other cases the usual cancellation conditions apply.
- up to 30 days before arrival free of charge
- 29 to 7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee of the travel price
- and from 6 days or in case of no-show we charge 90% cancellation fee of the tour price
Cover yourself for all eventualities.
Despite pandemic status, Europäische Reiseversicherung also offers cancellation coverage in case of COVID-19 illness.
Arrival & stay
Of course, we adhere to all Covid-19 measures in the hotel for your relaxing and safe holiday in summer and winter.

Entry into Austria is currently possible without restrictions. Nevertheless, please inform yourself about the currently applicable regulations for entry into Austria via the link above.
The obligation to wear masks has been abolished in almost all areas in Austria. Wearing an FFP2 mask is still necessary in the following areas:
-Health services / Doctors
-Hospitals
-Retirement home / Nursery homes
In some federal states, wearing FFP2 masks is also required when using public transport, but not here in Styria!
