Holiday Offers in Summer 2021

Dear guests,

due to the current situation with the Corona virus, we would like to assure you that all bookings for the winter season 2020/2021 and for the summer season 2021 can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. You do not have to provide any justification for cancellations.

Less than 30 days before arrival the following cancellation rules apply:

29 to 14 days before arrival 30% will be charged.
13 to 7 days before arrival 50% of the total amount will be charged.
and from 6 days or in case of no arrival 90% of the total stay will be charged.

If you cancel within 30 days of scheduled arrival, we guarantee you NO CANCELLATION CHARGES if any of the following apply:

• The “Corona Warning Light” operated by the Austrian Federal Government now classifies your intended holiday destination as a RED ZONE
• A Level 6 travel warning has been issued for your own home country or home district.
• The guest or other persons living in the same household have tested positive for corona (medical certification of this fact may not be more than 48 hours old) or a government-ordered quarantine remains in effect at the previously scheduled time of arrival. In this case, the guest is required to present the host with appropriate documentation of the circumstances.
  

So you can book your planned vacation without any risk, despite the uncertainty.

In all other cases the usual cancellation conditions apply.
